Reviews & Testimonials

I have bought multiple vehicles from K & M Toyota. I absolutely love Derek & Dennis! They are great all the way around! Very honest and down to earth. They don't give you a run around like other dealerships do! They will always be my go to! Thanks for your honesty throughout the yrs! Aprilyn ,C.

Km Toyota is a superb local experience. Derek and the service staff are personable and great to do business with! There is a good reason they are the only new car dealership in North Adams anymore and it's only in part because they sell Toyota.

Tacoma went in for service, excellent staff, and seemed as quick as a Nascar pit stop!

Quality service with a quick turnaround. Norm is great to work with in service.

Very nice employees, family atmosphere with professional service!

Very good, but really expensive. 😐 Got charged $40 for putting a battery in.

Great sales team - not only professional they're personable.

Great service! I drove up at 8:15am to get my car inspected. Inspections don't start until 8:30. Although they had another job I the bay, I was still in and out very quickly.
