Km Toyota is a superb local experience. Derek and the service staff are personable and great to do business with! There is a good reason they are the only new car dealership in North Adams anymore and it's only in part because they sell Toyota.

Great service! I drove up at 8:15am to get my car inspected. Inspections don't start until 8:30. Although they had another job I the bay, I was still in and out very quickly.
